DAVID P. STADLER

Dave is a Co-Founder and Member the firm. He has tried over 50 cases throughout the state of Ohio including catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.  He is regularly called upon by insurance companies to investigate and issue opinions regarding coverage questions.  In addition, Dave has been retained to argue numerous cases in appellate courts throughout the state. 

Prior to beginning his legal career, Dave worked as both a casualty adjuster and claim manager for the Allstate Insurance Company. This background and experience provides Dave a unique understanding of the needs and expectations of insurance carriers and their policyholders when it comes to reporting requirements, fair and accurate billing and litigation management.

Dave has represented clients in product liability, professional liability, construction defect, and other types of commercial litigation throughout the State of Ohio.  He has presented seminars on the topics of insurance law, litigation, and the utilization of experts for insurance companies and other attorneys.  He was a Mayoral appointee to the Lakewood Citizen’s Advisory Committee and is a member of the Advisory Board of Trinity Lakewood Community Outreach.  Dave has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers - Rising Star Edition by the publishers of Super Lawyers Magazine.  He has been appointed as a Delegate to the 8th District Judicial Conference for 2012 and 2013.  In 2013 Dave was appointed Acting Judge in the Lakewood Municipal Court, Lakewood, Ohio.  He is a member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.
