CHRISTOPHER J. ANKUDA

Chris is a Co-Founder and Member of the firm.  He represents individuals, businesses and insurance carriers in the defense of wrongful death, catastrophic bodily injury and property damage claims in addition to practicing in appellate courts throughout Ohio.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Chris carried out a nearly 12-year career at The Progressive Insurance Company, primarily managing litigation files. This background and experience provides Chris a unique understanding of the needs and expectations of insurance carriers and their Insureds when it comes to reporting requirements and litigation management.

Chris is frequently called upon to defend and take to trial a variety of claims  for individuals and business stemming from property and casualty claims, criminal matters and first-party claims against many of the nation’s largest insurance carriers. Chris has obtained numerous defense verdicts for his clients at trial, even in cases of admitted liability.
