Anthony "Marshall" Farber 

Marshall Farber is an associate attorney in the firm’s civil litigation practice, where he represents clients in personal injury defense and insurance litigation matters. He assists in defending individuals, businesses, and insurers in complex liability and property damage cases throughout Ohio.

While in law school, Marshall gained broad litigation experience across both criminal and civil practice areas. He worked as a law clerk in several criminal defense fields, giving him valuable insight into courtroom advocacy and the litigation process from multiple perspectives.

Marshall earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law, where he served as the Submissions Editor on the Cleveland State Law Review and authored a published law review Note on procedural due process. He also served as a Research Assistant, assisting with scholarship on environmental and property law, and was a member of the school’s Wrongful Conviction Clinic, where he investigated potential claims of wrongful imprisonment. In addition, he competed on the Mock Trial Team, honing his oral advocacy and courtroom skills.
