ABOUT
Carter is an Associate Attorney with the firm and a Registered Patent Attorney, licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He represents individuals and insurance carriers in the defense of personal injury and property damage claims throughout Ohio. He joined the firm after earning his J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law and passing the Ohio Bar Examination in 2025.

Carter’s technical background in life sciences supported his successful completion of the USPTO Registration Examination. While in law school, he was actively involved in the Moot Court Team and served as Submissions Editor for the Journal of Law and Health, where his article “Amgen Enablement and its Undue Burden on an Overburdened Biomedical Industry” was published. He gained practical experience working as a Law Clerk for a real estate and probate firm and a full-service intellectual property firm and served as an Associate in the Transactional Law Clinic assisting nonprofit organizations based in Cleveland.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Carter brings a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and client service to his practice.
